The Mission of the West Bloomfield Transition Center is to guide and enable young adults to gain the skills necessary to make responsible decisions that allow them to lead independent, productive adult lives. The Transition Center will provide an effective and innovative program, services, and resources to meet the diverse needs of the student. WBTC Summer PALS Camp will focus on:

  • Daily Living Skills
  • Vocational Skills
  • Community Awareness
  • Social Skills 

    Limit to first 10 registrants.  WBTC Summer PALS Camp is FREE. BUS TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED TO OR FROM CAMP. 

    TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED FOR JOB SITE VISITS.
